FOOD VENDORS: All food vendors must register with the Manchester Health Department well in advance of the event. The Health Department does not accept applications within one month of the show. Please apply for your health permit as soon as possible.

Vendor Terms & Conditions

Mandatory Entry Instructions

  • All vendors must enter via Elm Street from Granite Street.
  • Entry starts at 6:00 AM sharp.
  • Gates close at 7:00 AM sharp.
  • No late entry will be allowed due to the safety of show cars and pedestrian traffic.

Requirements

  • All vendors must submit Proof of Liability Insurance by August 5.
  • Food vendors must obtain a Temporary Food Permit from the City of Manchester Health Department. The Health Department does not accept applications within one month of the event. Apply here.
  • No power is supplied. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own inverter generator. Standard generators are too loud — inverter generators only.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing all of their own setup materials (tables, tents, displays, equipment).
  • Vendors must not block sidewalk traffic or impede pedestrian access.
  • All tents and canopies must be properly weighted and secured. The event area can be windy. Unsecured tents are a safety hazard and may be required to be taken down.
  • No alcohol sales or distribution are permitted.
  • All vendor spaces must be cleaned and cleared by the end of the event. Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, equipment, and materials from their assigned space.

Waiver of Liability

By submitting this application, the vendor agrees to release and hold harmless the Manchester Rotary Club, the City of Manchester, the State of New Hampshire, Hillsborough County, and any affiliates, staff, or volunteers from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Cruising Downtown event. Vendors are solely responsible for the conduct of their employees, agents, representatives, or helpers and must ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, health codes, and event rules.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable. The Manchester Rotary Club reserves the right to cancel the event if required by any governmental authority, in which case vendor fees will be refunded. The Manchester Rotary Club reserves the right to deny or revoke any vendor application at its sole discretion.

Indemnification

Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Manchester Rotary Club and its officers, directors, members, volunteers, and agents from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses arising from the vendor's participation, products, services, or actions at the event.
